Privacy Policy

Updated October 24, 2026 · Plain English.

Who we are

5·4·3·2·WIN (54321.win) is operated privately in the United States by the Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy. Contact: teddy@teddydupay.com.

What we collect (very little)

• What you type in. The waitlist takes an email address. The “Submit my run” form also takes the division you pick and a link to the video you posted. We use these to keep your place in line, review your run, send the 5·4·3·2·WIN updates you asked for, and send news and offers about 5·4·3·2·WIN and other Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy (TDBA) programs and products.
• Visit counts. Our host, Cloudflare, counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics: which pages are viewed, roughly which country, and the kind of device and browser. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. That is the only counter on this site.
• No Google or Meta. Since October 20, 2026, no page of this site loads Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, or any other advertising tool, because kids use this site.

How your email is stored and used

• Addresses are stored in a private database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, accessible only to the site operator.
• About once an hour, new addresses are also copied to Brevo, our email service, which sends our emails. Brevo gets your email address and which site it came from.
• We never sell your data.
• We may email you news and offers about 5·4·3·2·WIN and other Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy (TDBA) programs and products.
• A child's own details are never used for marketing or ads. Only a grown-up's email is.

Cookies and ads

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and no ad network collects anything here. It remembers your sign-up, your referral code and who referred you in your own browser, on your device. You can clear it, or block cookies, in your browser's settings. The site still works.

Business transfers

If this website or its assets are acquired by, merged with, or sold to another owner, your information may be transferred to that new owner as part of the transaction. Any new owner will remain bound by the commitments in this policy.

Unsubscribe / deletion

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or write teddy@teddydupay.com from that address. Once you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you; we keep your address on file, marked do-not-send.

Children

The challenge has kids' divisions (10 & Under and Middle School), so a parent or guardian fills in our forms for any player under 13: the parent's own email only, and the parent posts the video from the parent's own account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The division you pick goes only to our own database. If you believe a child under 13 sent us an address, write teddy@teddydupay.com and we will delete it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.

5·4·3·2·WIN is part of the Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice.
